RWR groups are volunteer work groups of 15-25 people, that help during the retreat weekend. They perform an absolutely essential service for us! It is hard to imagine our work carrying on without them! But also each group has time to have its own retreat to reap the benefits of teaching, fellowship, and recreation. Oh, and by the way, Pinebrook donates money to each group so that their ministry can grow as well.  There is a need for an RWR almost every weekend from September to June. 

During the summer months, the RWR is replaced by Summer Service Teams - or - SSTs.  From mid June until Labor Day, Pinebrook has guests at the camp 7 days a week.  During this time an RWR would still be effective, however a group that could stay for an entire week would help even more.

Each year Pinebrook requires additional help for the summer season.  Guests are here seven days a week and the programming is really expanded during the 7 Summer Conference weeks.  Our needs include hiring workers for a children's ministry, audio and video techs, lifeguards, and kitchen staff.

Working as part of Pinebrook's summer staff is an awesome opportunity and an awesome responsibility.  While here you will be able to grow in your walk with the Lord while having the privilege of serving and ministering to countless people.  It really is a life changing experience!
